spending labor day running SEFCU 5k

Before I dreamed of becoming a runner, I spent time volunteering at SEFCU 5k.  On my first shift I was assigned to pass out water at a water stop.  While handing out water to runners as they participated in the 5k, I was blown away by the energy of runner.  Seeing people having so much fun really excited
